The Nomad Chef, originally from the US but a Nomad for more than 20 years, creates her menus around themes. Each meal is a combination of cuisine from several countries or regions. They can include Indian, Moroccan, Thai, Japanese, Mexican, Chinese and many more exotic dishes.
But more than the food, this lovely home in Holland Park attracts the most interesting strangers from within London and around the world. The dinner party conversations among strangers, usually as many as 25, coupled with live music, create an unrivaled atmosphere.
When there are no scheduled dinners, the Nomad Chef is either curating dinners in far flung cities like New York and Beverly Hills, or creating private dinners and brunches for those in London who just don't want to clean up the mess the next day.
