JOIN A ‘RARE BREED BEEF MASTER CLASS’ WITH 'SMITHS' EXECUTIVE CHEF, TONY MOYSE

Head up top for a lesson in Top Cuts.

Discover the best of British rare breed beef with 'SMITHS' Executive Chef Tony Moyse.

Watch tony break down a rump and loin and learn where your favourite cuts come from.

Gain useful tips on buying, butchering, preparing and cooking beef.

Afterwards, sit down to enjoy a four course rare breed beef tasting menus, with fine wines selected and introduced our Sommelier, Rafael.

 

Tickets include a welcome glass of Champagne & canapés, private Beef Master Class

followed by 4 courses and wine matches in the Top Floor Restaurant & Roof Terrace
