It may sound like a strange combination, but portuguese and egyptian cuisine actually have a lot in common. For example, the love of rice cooked and flavoured in all possible ways! Egyptian scientist-turned-chef Soly will join me (portuguese scientist-turned-chef Rita) to explore the similarities and differences between portuguese and egyptian cooking.
