THG are back to feed you! We're doing our bit for the Action Against Hunger Supperheroes campaign 2013: sharing in what we love which is food, whilst raising money for a great charity.
This menu is therefore inspired by some SUPER Chinese ingredients like Century Eggs, Salted Egg Yolks (we love our eggs), Silken Tofu, a Soy Bean Millk Pannacotta (inspired by the Tofu Flower dessert) and of course a cornerstone of Chinese cuisine - pork belly.
We are already incredibly happy to host this supper at the one and only School of Wok (http://www.schoolofwok.co.uk/) based in Covent Garden.
As usual we reserve the right to surprise and delight you on the night, but you can expect:

This is a Bring Your Own Booze event, and THG are happy to suggest beverage pairings suited to Chinese cuisine.
