Welcome cocktail Blood Red - a blend of Grand Marnier, blood orange and pomegranate juice
Canapé: Mini muffulleta - traditional 'Central Grocery' olive salad in buttery pastry
Salad: Black and orange Halloween salad of carrot ribbons, toasted black quinoa, roasted pumpkin, fried ladies fingers (okra) and pecan garlic dressing to keep the vampires away
Gumbo: rich and spicy Cajun stew with with veggie sausage, mushrooms and gumbo filé (sassafras) topped with chili and roasted pecans. Hot sauce trolley and Nat's cornbread
Dessert: Deconstructed campfire S'mores pudding- layers of biscuit, dark chocolate pudding and marshmallow
+ smoke machine, spooky decorations, Halloween tunes and group pumpkin carving!
