Always fancied curries? Well, now you can ditch those short-cut spice mixes and pastes and cook a delightful, home-made meal. This is a private class for one. So, if you're a beginner, you will be very comfortable with the tailored and easy pace of this session.
You will be given knowledge of the spices and basic Indian cookery information. Based on your diet (vegetarian or non-vegetarian), the menu can be changed. If you have any other specific dietary requirements, please feel free to contact me and I am sure we can work out a menu suited for you.
