The French certainly know their stuff when it comes to creating delicious patisserie, and in this 3 hour class you will have the opportunity to learn the basics of classic French baking.
Learn how to make delicious choux pastry eclairs with vanilla créme patissiere filling and ganache topping, sweet 'pâte sucrée' to create frangipane berry tartlets and finally a rich chocolate raspberry torte with ganache glaze. You will leave with the confidence to recreate everything at home, in addition to all the sweets made in class, and recipes from the day!
