Offering the perfect first step into baking, this class will guide you through the fundamentals of baking and decorating a range of sweet treats.
Over 3 hours, you will be baking a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, individual lemon drizzle loaves and chocolate berry breakfast muffins. In addition to practical advice and theory on baking, this class covers making your own icings and decorating skills too, so each person will leave with the confidence to try at home armed with recipes from the day.
Our classes are very informal but well structured, taught in small groups for maximum experience. There will be lots of hands on baking, overseen and demonstrated by the teacher. At the end of the class you will take home everything made entirely by yourself, in addition to recipes from the day.
