Be transported to the magical tropical Island with this cooking class, here Selina will teach you how to fill, roll and wrap your dhall puris (Mauritius' most popular street food) its delicious, fun to make and we will make the accompanying fillings!
After her previous sold out Mauritian street food classes, Selina runs regular supperclubs and pop ups serving up diners Mauritian cuisine in London, these classes are great to come with friends, as a gift for a loved one or for a treat for yourself.
Selina will show you how to cook a delicious and easy Mauritian feast!

All of the ingredients will be supplied, you can eat there at the school or bring Tupperware/containers for take-away as there is always lots of food for you to take away with you. Class will be £55pp

*Mauritian Cari Grois Pois (learn to make a traditional vegetarian curry from the Island, made with butterbeans, special curry spice mix and fresh coriander) (V)
*Spicy Prawn Rougaille (Mauritian-French inspired tomato based spicy & fresh dish)
or Egg Rougaille (V)
* Dhall Puri (traditional street food on the island, split pea flatbread, learn to fill, roll and cook)
* Served with Selina's Spicy Satini (chutneys)
* Surprise Dessert
Unless otherwise specified, classes are a combination of a talk or demo, then plenty of hands-on cooking
All recipes will be provided.
The cookery class will be held at the beautifully bright and well equipped Central street Cookery school for which the address is : 90 Central Street, London EC1V 8AJ
