Natural Kitchen Adventures is run by Ceri Jones a Natural Chef, professionally trained at a Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts School in San Francisco. Natural Kitchen Adventures is a whole foods recipe blog, though Ceri also runs events to complement the blog from cooking classes and workshops to pop up teas.
A natural chef puts seasonal, organic, unrefined and local food at the heart of cookery, and specialises in therapeutic cooking. This forms the basis for everything that Natural Kitchen Adventures now stands for and promotes though its blog and events. All food is gluten free, free from refined sugars and has an emphasis on promoting good health!
Ceri also works as a freelance healthy cookery instructor, food writer and occassional chef. In her flourishing career in food, Ceri has worked for Retreat Café, Blackheath Cooks, Made in Hackney and has many published works online and offline.
