An evening of British cured meat and Hackney pickle pairing with our pal Nick Vadasz from Vadasz Deli, held at Cannon & Cannon's Borough Market HQ, starting at 19:00.
Come taste a load of meats and brilliant London made vinegar and lacto-fermented pickles.
The meats and pickles will be matched and introduced by both Nick and ourselves, so it’ll be a tasty, informative and fun evening. Tickets are £15 per person and include plenty of meat and pickle tasters.
