Award-winning Malaysian chef Norman Musa is back in London for 2014, with exciting plans and projects.

Inspired by his menu development consultancy for a pan-Asian chain of restaurants, we thought it would be fun to broaden our usual repetoire to incorporate the classics of Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia also.

This extravaganza of South East Asian favourites such as rendang, Pad Thai, green curry and Vietnamese summer rolls will be a serious taste explosion. Lovingly created from scratch, the menu will also incorporate satay, Tom Yum, Malaysian fish curry and his own oriental-inspired ice cream creations.

Creatively presented, Chef Norman prepares and serves right in front of your eyes in his trendy large apartment in edgy Hackney Wick, overlooking the Olympic Park and a canal. Hosted by his business partner, Andy, we like to create a sociable atmosphere with each supper club starting with complimentary canapes and fizz.
