After a 6 month, sell out run of her Vietnamese supper club, Thuy is launching her pop-up in style, with a 10 course banquet!
The launch is taking place across two dates: the 3rd & 10th of March.
The evening starts at 7, with the first course being served at 7:30 and dessert aiming to be served between 11 & 11:30. Closing will not be until 12:30 though, so diners are invited to stick around for a chat and a mingle with their fellow foodies and of course Chef Thuy.
A fabulous cocktail pairing menu will be available on the night for those wanting to join in the celebration.
