Gluten free bread - advanced
A new course designed to follow on from our Intro. to bread course but you can do it on its own. If you have some experience or just want to have a go because there are things you fancy on the list get booking.
You will learn-
Baguettes - Bread from a poolish a part fermented dough (rolls this time) - Enriched doughs - Foccacia
You will learn which flours to use, how to blend them and why. There is a folder of all the recipes. Plus plenty of advice and nutritional tips from Deborah our very experienced registered nutritionist
