New course, learn the basic skills of baking gluten free bread before going on to our advanced course. Bread 2.
On the Intro course you will learn how to make gluten free-
White, brown or seeded loaf (choose on the day) - Irish soda bread - Fruit loaf - Cheesy scones mmmm - Introduction to poolish (part fermented dough)
You will learn which flours to use, how to blend them and why. There is a folder of all the recipes. Plus plenty of advice and nutritional tips from Deborah our very experienced registered nutritionist
