Find out why eating more raw food is beneficial and get an overview of basic raw food dishes and simple ways to easily incorporate more raw food into everyday meals.

Students will get to make and taste the following:

  • Smoothies, soups and nut milks   
  • Raw meals: super salads and wraps and rolls
  • Energy balls and simple treats

Equipment used: blender and food processor 

This class is suitable for you if you are curious to learn what a basic raw food diet involves or simply want to know more about how to add more nutritious energising food into your everyday diet.
