A summer supper and cooking demonstration
We invite you to join us for a delicious evening of summer fare beginning with a glass of David's Vin d'Orange on arrival accompanied by a selection of canapés from Gougères, Aubergine Caviar, Pissaladière, Radishes with Seasalt & Anchoïade.
David will be talking about his beautiful book and all the things that have inspired him over the years along with sharing some of his trade secrets including a demonstration from the book.
For supper we will be serving a 'Salad Lyonnaise', of green beans, lardons, potato, soft boiled egg & frisée with slivers of foie gras dressed with a classic vinaigrette; followed by a cheese plate of Ossau & Zelu Koloria accompanied by David's homemade fig jam & a chilled glass of Jurançon.We will then enjoy the most divine dessert plate celebrating recipes from David's book including a Chocolate Orbit Cake, Peach Amaretti Crisp, a Ricotta Cheesecake made with Orange & Aniseed & a delicate Champagne Gelée with Summer fruits.
We will finish on Blackberry Financiers & Candied Almonds alongside Le Piantagioni Coffee & Herb Tea.
