An all-day Vietnamese-style, garden BBQ brunch.
Inspired by the Vietnamese "ăn sáng" - breakfast - with its array of scrumptious dishes, SÁNG is the new exciting BBQ Brunch experience, brought to you by the passionate cook Luisa Orlando-Nguyen, founder of Búntà Vietnamese BBQ street food. Luisa's take on Vietnamese street-food style brunch dishes aims to re-create the breakfast buzz and laid-back atmosphere of Saigon's alleys, for a taste of an authentic Vietnamese food that branches out beyond the phở.
