Join our smoking masterclass and learn how to smoke your own meat, fish and poultry. Andi Oliver will teach the ins and outs of the technique, using the sugarshack infamous "Tallulah" Smoker and her own mix of spices. 

The class:

- Sugarshack smoked canapes and a drink of your choice upon arrival

- The different spices & flavour profiles

- "The Sugarshack way"

- The rub 

- The smoking 

- The cooking 

- The eating :) : try a selection of different meats smoked overnight in Tallulah along with delicious sides and vegetables
