The art of traditional bread-making is at the heart of good cookery and is one of the most satisfying kitchen skills you can master. If you fancy yourself as the next Paul Hollywood, sign up to our bread-making course and bake your dreams into reality.
To fully master this crowd-pleasing art, you'll first be introduced to the science of bread and how it works. Our experts will then move on to the art of kneading, of knocking back the dough, how to work with fresh yeast, the secrets of proving and finally how to shape and bake your bread.
On our course, all of this is done using traditional methods so you can replicate the experience at home with no specialist machinery required. We'll show you all you need to bake the perfect loaf is a helping of know-how and a large portion of self-belief.
You'll walk away bread-enlightened, with a new zest for dough along with fantastic new skills to share with family & friends.
