We all want to cook great food and doing it on a budget is more of a challenge but not impossible! This course aims to show you how to create two three-course meals – two starters, two mains and two desserts – all for under £2 per head. Deliciously economic, we’re sure you’ll agree.
On arrival, you’ll be split into two groups: team one will cook a three-course menu and team two will cook a different three-course menu. And just because the meals are a bargain doesn’t mean you skimp on taste, techniques and presentation. You’ll learn how to balance flavours, make the perfect pasta, sharpen up your knife skills and create mouth-watering desserts, all for just £2 a pop.
At the end of the class, you’ll have the chance to taste all of the dishes cooked and discuss different ideas of budget cooking with style. You’ll then be given all six recipes to take home and try at your leisure.
