Blé Noir


The story of Blé Noir started with two friends, who found each other and each other's common roots through their passion for food. One from Switzerland, the other from the countryside in Luxembourg, the two halves that form Blé Noir share the simple vision to revisit their favourite foods and reconnect to nature by using seasonal, local and lovingly produced ingredients. Be it Pizzoccheri, a rustic buckwheat pasta topped with sizzling Alpine cheese that brings back fond memories of long skiing trips, or home-baked plum and apple tart that tastes like late summer on a plate, the food of Blé Noir is a tale of those who produced, prepared and carefully selected each of its ingredients. Blé Noir brings these stories to other food lovers - each supper club and street food event at a time.
