Yum Bun's hand-made steamed buns have been cheering glum tums since 2010, picking up a tidy haul of British Street food awards along the way, as well as catering at the Observer Food Magazine Awards. Inspired by Taiwanese gua bao, these fluffy buns come with a range of fillings, from succulent pork belly with crunchy cucumber to miso-glazed mushrooms.
Come hear how founder Lisa Meyer took Yum Bun from Hackney market stall to hit Old Street store in just three years, and find out just how yum their buns really are.
