In the first of our 'Saturday Sessions' we will teach you all you need to know about the Sparkling wine in an hour. Each week we'll pick a different, category, grape variety or region for some light education and enjoyment. We thought we'd start with some sparkle and feature a selection of our Prosecco, Champagne, crémant and Other sparkling wines. We will cover styles, regions, methods of production and influences.
