This course runs for 4 sessions, 2 hours each.

Class 1

  • Agedashi Dofu - Deep Fried Tofu in Clear Broth with Ginger
  • Japanese Coleslaw
  • Oyako Donburi – Chicken & Egg on Rice
  • Japanese Meat Balls with Sweet Ginger Sauce

Class 2

  • Kakiage - Calamari & Vegetable Tempura
  • Mabo Tofu Japanese Style - Pork & Tofu with Spicy Miso Sauce
  • Cucumber, Wakame & Prawn Salad
  • Chunky Vegetable Miso Soup

Class 3

  • Teriyaki Flavoured Japanese Beef Croquette Potatoes
  • Chirashi Zushi, Kansai Style - Scattered Sushi
  • Broccoli with Miso & Sesame Sauce
  • Minced Chicken Balls & Shiitake Mushrooms in Clear Broth

Class 4

  • Okonomiyaki Pancake - Japanese Savoury Pancake
  • Kushiage - Crubmed Pork & Vegetable Skewers
  • Colourful Tofu Salad with Ponzu Wasabi Dressing
  • Akadashi - Red Miso Soup with Potato & Leek
