Extract from Leiths website:
We are delighted to welcome Adriana Rabinovich, former Leiths Diploma graduate and author of The Gluten-free Cookbook for Kids, to lead this informative class. Using her knowledge and experience in baking, Adriana specialises in devising recipes with flavour and texture, so that following a gluten-free diet does not mean missing out on all the treats.
With a focus on baking, this workshop, which is part demonstration, part hands-on, will explore the world of breads, muffins and wraps. Adriana will also guide you through ideas and techniques to help you build a repertoire of simple and delicious gluten free pastry.
