You will be fully hands-on with the cooking and take home all the food you make (providing you can resist eating it all beforehand), leaving the class feeling confident and motivated to make the dishes in your own home.
All equipment is provided. Everyone welcome - no previous cooking experience needed!

I had the great privilege to attend one of Karen's first workshops. It was great fun and I learnt loads as Karen is a great teacher. I can highly recommend attending one if you are interested in eating more healthily.
