Mast Chocolate Workshops are a platform for education, exploration, and of course enjoyment. During your day in our Shoreditch production kitchen, our chocolate makers will share with you their passion, know-how and the story behind our chocolate making process. Participants will be given the raw beans to process and transform into hand-made, hand-wrapped chocolate bars - all according to the bean-to-bar philosophy. You will be introduced to professional chocolate tasting methods and confection making. We will teach you how to adapt our methods to make chocolate at home, using basic kitchen equipment.

The Workshop lasts approximately 5 hours with a full lunch provided at nearby Albion Restaurant. We conclude your visit with a special tasting session of unreleased products and flavours, and you will leave with a gift bag full of items that will help you to continue your craftsmanship of chocolate. The Workshops take place in our beautiful flagship London Factory, where the space is limited to 8 participants. While content is geared toward adults, guests aged 12-18 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
