The Art of Pies
As bake off moves to channel four this year, with an entirely new format (god forbid!) we’re feeling a little like we have a big pastry shaped hole in our life. The Art of Pies course, perfectly in line with National Pie Day (didn’t you know?!) will teach you how to master the art of constructing the perfect pie. From pastry to filling, Chef Adam Gray will show you how to slow cook delicious meat centre, whilst avoiding the dreaded soggy bottom. The course will finish with creating a delicious sweet pie with seasonal fruits and participants will leave laden with pastry goods to feed the family!
