For those who want to know how to bake without the gluten, this class is a must.  Jayne Totty from Supernourished will show you all there is to know about the subject.  You will learn about different gluten-free flours and learn how to make your own blends.  This together with a variety of natural ingredients will start you in a path of new ways of baking.   We will cover bread, muffins and cakes.  A delicious gluten free lunch is included in this class.  This class is ideal for those with gluten allergies and intolerances.
