Working with various cuts of meat you will learn how to spatchcock a bird,stuff the loin of a rabbit and much more.We also loook at how to cook various cuts of meat and enjoy the results over lunch with a couple of glasses of wine.

Tony was a finalist in the 2015 edition of BBC Masterchef and has forged a name for himself with his culinary skills as a teacher and supper club host.
