At this new addition to our series of bread workshops we will focus on British teatime treats:

Chelsea buns

Sourdough malt loaf

Cornish saffron braids

Crumpets

Sandwich bread for perfect cucumber sandwiches!

The workshop will include a delicious seasonal lunch with wine, and there will be a Teatime Bread baking kit to take home, along with the bread you have made and all the recipes.

We had a fabulous day learning so many different breads which all took place in Anna's wonderful kitchen
The malt loaf was my favourite and it has inspired me to equip myself with all the things missing in my own kitchen.
Anna is a great teacher and is extremely generous and helpful with information about where to buy the different products

Great day and lots of fun. Anna was a brilliant teacher giving us lots of tips and hints along the way.
The Chelsea buns were outstanding!!
