To commemorate and honor our passed loved ones, Malinche is making an special supper club full of flavours.
You will be delighting a 4-course dinner with hand-made tortillas, snack, beer or mezcal/tequila cocktail and soft traditional drinks will be included.
– Entrée –
Made with a chili-seasoned dough and filed with cheese.
– Soup –
Zucchini and corn cream
With corn kernels.
– Main –
Traditional from Oaxaca this yellow mole is served with chicken, vegetables, white rice and refried beans.
– Dessert –
Pan de muerto
Literally "Bread of the dead" is the traditional delight of the season.
All the menu can be adapted for vegetarians, but we need to know in advance.
