#Grimedining: Minimal fuss, maximum flavour, fine dining without the price tag... is back after it's huge success on the tube carriage with The Basement Galley in Walthamstow and it's ongoing success at Barmouth Kitchen, Wandsworth. A concept carefully created by The Pickled Fork to combine fine dining cuisine with a casual, relaxed atmosphere. Resulting in the perfect evening for couples, groups or just a chance to meet new people.
The Pickled Fork's third residency is situated in Earlsfield at a stunning location conveniently named The Earlsfield Deli (opposite Ben's Canteen). Every fortnight on a Thursday evening Alex will be taking over the kitchen showing off his culinary expertise. The menu will be changing monthly making the most of British seasonal produce, showcasing the best of what the British Isles has to offer. Expect snacks & snippets on arrival, 4 courses, wine pairing and a happy stomach.
1st- Cep Yorkies, Warm Salad of Wild Mushroom & Tarragon, Aspall Cider Vinegar Curd, Kale Crisp.
2nd- Grey Mullet, Sea Vegetables, Mussel & Ham Hock Broth, Lacto Fermented Purple Carrots & New Leeks
3rd- London Fields Red Ale Braised Beef Cheek, Pickled Maldon Oysters, Smoked Bone Marrow, Cox Apple & Celeriac Gratin, Marjoram Vinaigrette.
4th- Roast Pumpkin & Black Treacle Pudding, Whiskey, Prune, Cobnut & Pumpkin Seed Oil Icecream, Spiced Damson Liquor.
