It is now very clear that depression falls from the sky in liquid form so to perk you all up I have completed my next seasonal menu a week early!! I have made a decision to merge my November menu with my December menu. This is because I will be travelling back home to Australia on the 18th of December for a month. Below you will find a copy of my 4 course menu for my upcoming Pop-ups during November and December.
NEWSFLASH!! Previously I have been calling these events 'GRIME-DINING' but due to the fact that many people thought they may be eating their meal from a rubbish bin I have decided to change the name! So to avoid any further confusion and because the phrase 'Pop Up' isn't used enough in London I will be re branding my nights as #Pickledpopup for anyone who likes a good tweet!
November/December Menu '14
1st~ Individual Hand Dived Scallop & Smoked Pig's Cheek Pie, Scallop Roe Ketchup
2nd~ Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Wing, Roast Jerusalem Artichoke, Chestnut Purée, Sprout Tops, Pickled Hazelnuts
3rd~ Wild Game Sausage, Beer Braised Pearl Onions, Pumpkin Crumble, Quince, Cranberry & Pear Chutney, Sloe Gravy
4th~ Toasted Parsnip & Caramelised White Chocolate Parfait, Baked Mandarin, Brandy Snap, Sauternes Jelly
If you don't feel like leaving the comfort of your own home that's fine by me as I am also available for private hire and can cater for any of your pre-Christmas dinner parties or end of year work events. I can provide a menu that will suit all taste buds and leave your kitchen cleaner than I found it!
