Join Rachel's Kitchen for our Pasta Masterclass to see just how simple it is to make fresh pasta from scratch.
As well as learning to how to roll, cut and stuff, Le Cordon Blue trained Rachel will teach you how to recreate tasty fillings and sauces. Dishes will include butternut squash ravioli with sage and lemon sauce and fresh tagliatelle with wild mushrooms and gorgonzola sauce.
Our classes are informative but our focus is on making sure everyone has fun along the way. You'll learn new tricks and techniques in a friendly and informal atmosphere with a great group of people.
After the hands-on cookery class you'll sit down to enjoy the beautiful dishes you've created with fresh salads and delicious ciabatta. Wine is included throughout and the night will end with our special cardamom cantucci biscuits and coffee.
