I had a chance to taste a bottle of kaya (or pandan coconut jam) from Rosy's Kitchen and I must say that it was delicious. Being a student away from home, we often have cravings for the breakfast spread and the kaya from supermarkets at Leicester Square seems to be lacking something. Rosy's Kitchen kaya is thick and creamy. More importantly, it exudes the fragrance that complements the butter on your bread.
