On the 26th January, Wenyu’s teahouse together with Rosy’s Kitchen will prepare various Malaysian sweets using Kaya jam. We hope it will inspire you to enjoy Kaya in different ways. If you have never tried Kaya, we hope you will discover something very unique this 2013.
Our good friend " Wild Serai Supperclub" will also bring authentic Malaysian food to the table. Her food is absolutely delicious and you might be so inspired to book a ticket to Malaysia this year.

The menu on the day will include:
Sambal filling Sandwiches. (Wild Serai)
Chinese steam dumpling. (Wenyu's teahouse)
Malay mee goring mamak (stir fried noodles with prawn and fish cakes). (Wild Serai)

Kaya toast squares. (Rosy's Kitchen)
Onde-onde (glutinous rice balls with a special kaya filling). (Rosy's Kitchen)

Rosy's Kitchen will also be doing kaya drop-off before and at this event. At a special advance-order price of £3.50 per 180g jar, you can pre-order and pick up your jars of kaya from 1.30pm or at the event.
