A short and sweet (literally) evening class that covers all the basic knowledge you need to get started with the wonders that are cake pops.
Molly Bakes, author of her very own Cake Pops book will show you how to make professional looking Cake Pops. Starting with tips on how to make the perfect cake pop mixture, we will then roll all the cake balls and various shapes, moving on to making simple fondant decorations to finally dipping and painting your pops. We end the class by showing you how to package your pops which you'll take home in a beautiful box.
In this class you will make six variety cake pops. You can transfer any of the techniques learnt in the class to recreate any type of pop at home.
All equipment and ingredients are provided - you do not need to bring anything with you.
