Baking eggless and dairy free cakes is as simple as simple can be! In this demonstration class you will watch one of our talented staff bake and ice our famous Victoria Sponge cake, explaining it to you every step of the way.
We will discuss the tricks to getting a vegan cake to be light and fluffy and how to replace ‘traditional’ ingredients like eggs, butter and milk. You will also learn the basics to making a vegan frosting and watch how to ice a large cake like a pro!
At the end of the class you will be given the recipe to take away with you to try out at home and you will also take home a slice of our freshly made cake!
