Sample dishes, depending on fresh ingredient availability include:

Arrival for evening sessions is at 7pm onwards, from a prompt cooking start at 7.30 pm. The evening ends around 10.30pm. We are based in W6, (exact address will be given upon booking), there is free parking outside and the nearest tube and bus is Hammersmith tube and bus station.
Personal designed menus are also available for group bookings. such as vegetarian and non-vegetarian and for those with special interest in foods, such as Vegan friendly or Diary and Wheat free, etc.

Each session includes introductory Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, followed by a cooking session with myself, where I introduce the spices and the ingredients for the three course meal we will cook and eat along the way.
The recipes I use have all been created by me, and are not available elsewhere. This is a unique experience to learn modern, home cooked, Pan-Asian cuisine. I demonstrate how to use the spices and ingredients to maximise their benefits, while explaining the methods that provide a framework and give you confidence that all the dishes can be easily reproduced at home and adapted to suit personal requirements.
Following my demonstration, participants cook together, with me guiding them through each stage. Everybody’s dish is always slightly different and participants do enjoy sampling the differences.
This approach gives participants confidence that with Asian cooking there is not just one strict way to cook and that there is joy and freedom in cooking with creativity. And it is also a good way to find out what you do and don’t like.
We then sit together and enjoy our freshly prepared food.
All ingredients, refreshments and equipment are provided. The recipes are easily followed by beginners with enough alternatives and techniques to still keep experts interested.
