Sharon was a wonderful host, making everyone feel welcome straight away with her homemade chilli infused vodka cocktails....

It helps that my favorite type of eating is mezze style, but who would have through that in a room full of strangers it would be so easy to comfortable and get stuck in. The biggest problem was trying to stop myself from eating too much of the home made dips and falafels as I needed room for the main, which was a very impressive chicken and rice dish flavoured with some incredible herbs and spices. To top it off, the selection of Turkish coffee and fresh mint tea went down a treat.

I recommend both supper clubs in general as it's always interesting to meet new faces and Genie Kitchen's delicious Middle Eastern cuisine is very worth it too!!

Thanks for your great review Elaine. It was a pleasure to meet you and to feed you. I'll be making more of that Chilli Vodka for the next Supper Club guests very soon!

A Veritable Feast!!

Having attended one of Sharon's Middle Eastern supper clubs last year, I can highly recommend one for an exciting culinary and cultural experience, as well as for a fun and sociable night out. The food was delicious; fresh, aromatic and full of Middle Eastern promise and there was plenty to go round. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending an evening in the company of Genie Kitchen for wonderful authentic home cooked food and warm hospitality.
